Tablet has just been updated to version 1.10.09.20.
NEW: Added the ability to search for sequence strings within the
consensus/reference.
BUG: Added fixes for issues where reads in SAM files weren't being paired
properly.
BUG: Fixed a problem with read names that ended :1 or :2 not getting paired.
