Introduction

The website provides access to the Potato Reference Transcript Dataset SolTubRTD1. You can access data directly by searching for a particular sequence ID or by BLASTing a nucleotide or protein sequence against the Potato Reference Genome or the SolTubRTD1 transcript sequences using the BLAST page. Alternatively, you can use use keywords to search the annotations of the translated proteins of the SolTubRTD1 transcripts via the Annotation Search page. The predicted genes have nomenclature based on the annotation from the DM 1-3 516 R44 Potato Reference Genome.

Searching for a gene ID will return all the transcript models from that gene region:
